Local Landscaping Firm Wins MGIA Gold Design Award
The Michigan Green Industry Association (MGIA), recently awarded Troy Lenk of Landscape Services, Inc., with the 2008 Gold Design Award for Residential Landscape.
After reviewing nominations from throughout the state, the MGIA nominated a residential project completed by Lenk in 2007. The project then went on to receive the 2008 Gold Design Award in the Residential Construction $50,000-$100,000 category.
The MGIA’s Environmental Improvement Awards Program goal, is to increase public awareness and reflect a commitment to environmental improvement through quality landscaping.
Each year, the MGIA recognizes the landscape professional who executes superior landscaping through the use of quality materials, design, and workmanship.
“We’re proud of all of the projects we’re able to complete in the metro Detroit area, it’s an honor to have one of them recognized,” said Lenk.
