Staff Structure

 Landscape Services, Inc success can only be credited to our professional staff of employees.  Our committed employees coupled with a professional and friendly corporate culture are what have led to our twenty plus years of success in the horticulture industry.  We have developed a streamline approach to our daily operations that yields extraordinary communication benefiting all of our clients. 

 Account Representatives     Our account representatives are the client’s direct contact, bridging sales and operations.  There is no need to call a maintenance project manager on Monday, a gardening manager on Tuesday, a designer on Wednesday, a construction project manager on Thursday, etc.  An account represenatative experienced in all facets of horticulture will be your single point of contact; simplifying and streamlining the communication process.

Designer     After an initial consultation with your account representative our designers will develop a unique landscape design for your property.  The landscape design will be presented to you by your account representative (often with the designer) and then tailored to your specifications.

Estimator     For our clients who may have a pre-designed landscape, our estimators will be happy to provide a competitive quote.

Departmental Manager     Our departmental managers run the daily operations of our organization.  They include maintenance managers and construction managers.  These individuals work directly with our account managers ensuring that all projects are performed to your specifications.

Field Supervisor       Our field supervisors work directly with our project managers.  They include landscape installation and renovation supervisors, lawn cutting supervisors, gardening supervisors, and irrigation supervisors.

 Foreman     The backbone of our company, these individuals perform and manage the services that are most important to you.  Led by a field supervisor they are all experienced and professionally dressed.
